Telkom fibre horrible!

Telkom agents and technical support are the worst to deal with, they always have an excuse why they can’t help fixing the down fibre connection, and always pointing fingers at Vumatel. I have never came across such lazy agents! Wouldn’t recommend Telkom for fibre to anyone! Stay away.
