Telkom Fibre Hoax

After waiting for a year for my Telkom Fibre 100 meg Uncapped line it was installed by a complete amateur that drilled holes through walls and exposed the fibre line very distastefully, this was followed by pathetically slow speeds that constantly drop, throttled, shaped ? and run at 5 - 10 megs which is significantly lower than my previous ADSL at half the price. I have tried for TWO months to correct erroneous billing and delivery, the service has, on ALL LEVELS, been pathetic. As I understand Openserve has the monopoly and using a different "service provider" would make very little difference. Not sure what the underlying problem is but it seems like a back end dysfunction on Telkoms / Openserve which they are not disclosing or admitting to To all prospective clients - BE WARNED !
