Telkom Fibre gone wrong

We have app**** for fiber internet already the 19th of December. The Telkom branch in wonderboom junction made a mistake on the initial application and after going to the store three times two get the problem fixed our internet fiber is not yet installed. Even the technician from openserve doesn't give us feedback on when he will come and install. Even after the address has been fixed.
