Telkom fibre coverage not available - still being charged a service

App**** to ancel my fibre line due to moving to Vanderbijlpark as they do not provide fibre in Emfuleni golf course. Notice was placed on 15 September 2019. Telkom is still billing me for the entire month of October. And now sending me letters of demand.
