Telkom Fibre Billing

I signed for Telkom Fiber for R400 and now I am being charged R720 from and i am being told there is internet speed and line speed on my billing. I logged a request and was told to go to sales from billing and sales people told me it's a billing issue. I have head enough with Telkom and going to cancel my services with them finally..
