TELKOM FIBRE BILL

I took a contract with telkom R399 a month uncapped fibre. Installation was on the 2 December 2020. I received a bill of R1836.50 on the 12 December 2020. Installation is free but I'm being charged R1437.50 for installation. I'm being charged retail fibre broadband R547.87. This does not make sense as I signed for the November promo R399 for 10mbps uncapped. Can telkom contact me and rectify this ASAP.
