Telkom Fibre - Absolute terrible support

Please do not ever use Telkom Fibre, I have made 9 different phone calls from last week to today each call is an average of over 30 mins where 10mins is just waiting on the line to get a hold of someone, 5 mins verification, and then they make you switch your router on and off and say hold the line, tell you another story and then say hold the line again. Eventually they don't know what they doing and just drop the call on you when they don't want to either speak to you or just don't know how to resolve the situation. Telkom Fibre customer service is pathetic. Totally unprofessional service I have wasted 5 hours of my personal airtime on there support numbers that don't know how to support their customers.
