Telkom Fibre

Good day our telkom wifi was cut off and we were forced to move to Fibre end of January. We waited until 17 Feb for a tec to come and install our Fibre that only worked for a week and it was off again. They said they gave our line to someone else and still after alot of mails and calls its not fixed. They deducted R850 for the month but we did not even have internet. We called the tec and he came to our house and tested the router and said everything is fine. Please contact me on ***
