Telkom fibre a ****!!

I signed for fibre in february with a representative of Telkom. I requested a copy of the contract - never received. price quoted - R695 price billed R1795!!!! i never used the service, and never received a customer care call from Telkom. i refuse to pay that account... Telkom handed the account over... right in the middle of the lockdown. How is that for customer care.
