Telkom Fibre

I signed up on a Telkom 25Mbps 24 month contract through Sell Direct and was told a router would be delivered within 5 days and that I’d be contacted within 7 - 10 days for installation. To date, I have received no reference number, no email, no router delivery and no call to arrange installation. Shocking!
