Telkom - Fibre 2GB SIM caard deal a myth

I upgrade my ADSL line to Fibre 10MBS about 3/4 month back, with the package I was to receive a 2GB p/m SIM card, I was told to collect my SIM card from a Telkom store which I did at Sandton City - which apparently they gave me in correct card, I went back about 5 time to resolve with no luck, I then went to Mall of the South they gave me a card and did not work, went back - told me that it's in progress - still not working, went back between Sandton and Mall of the South Telkom over 12 times, call the sales call center at Telkom over 20 times, can still not get my SIM card activated, I give up that Telkom sends you place to place with no one who can help , till to-date - I am highly dis-satisfied with services recieved
