Telkom fibre

For the past 8 years, Telkom has been my Interest provides with ADSL, LTE and lastly Fibre. Never had a problem until recently. I signed a two year contract with Telkom Fibre. I signed up while living in Bryanston now I have moved to Randpark Ridge (an area that has fibre) but can't seem to get Telkom to send a technician to do a "relocate" for me. Their call centre is absolutely useless and once escalating to the CEOs office, you find that they are not much better.
