Telkom Fiber Username deactivated for no reason

a month ago, my username was deactivated for no reason. after speaking to 5 different people, one lady helped me and got me connected again. on sunday, it happened again!!! and since then right up to today they cannot seem to fix the issue or explain why my account is suddenly inactive and they say its an IT issue but no one seems to be doing anything about it!!
