Telkom fiber SUCKS

<p>I have had my telkiom fiber service down 2 in 1 week.......Yesterday when I called to log a fault they ran all the tests and have no idea what is wrong, so they told me that they would log a fault and that it would take a technicial 48 hours to attend to my fault. As I never got a Ref number, I called them today and to my "non" surprise no fault was logged, so now someone had to log the fault (did get a ref number....) and now have to wait again 48 hours....lost 24. Then I called to cancel my service (oh...no service) my I was told I have to pay penalties if I cancel....go figure you have to pay for something you don't get and then pay to get out for something you don't get. If it's a fiber service someone is looking for Telkom is NOT the way to go.... they are USELESS, please look for a different service provider.........Telkom Must Fall!!!! campain needs to start</p>
