Telkom Fiber not worth it!!!!!!!!!!! Again and Again

Well what can we say about Telkom, i have Fiber for just under a year, and i must say, this sucks, almost everyday when i open my browser it tells me this site ant be reached, then i must close and open again, then it only works, and me having a 20meg line also dont count much as it 20megs per second as my internet is intermittent, and yes i have reported this fault so many time, only to be told it is fixed, but it still is not fixed, what more must a customer do to get his line fixed working at the required speed that one pays for, and yes now they will call again, and promise me everything will be fixed, only to find myself in the same boat as before, calling the unhelpful call center, holding for 10 to 15 min only to be cut off as they answer and then recalling and holding for another 10 to 15 min, well done Telkom for this great service you provide us with, you really are a shining light at the end of my tunnel.
