Telkom Fiber not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had Telkom Fiber Installed at my home 20meg Line, every single day we have connection problems, if you call the center, they just say some customers might experience dropped connections, this is not the 1st time i have complaint about this issue it just keeps coming back, never does it work without problems, my internet was better on ADSL line. So Telkom if you might be so kind and please fix my connection or refund my money so i can find a decent internet provider, as this is not working for me anymore.
