Telkom fiber migration

Terrible service was given the run around by all departments for fiber telephone device which was inoperable from start .. after week of no help was told to return device to a telkom store (not possible as am chronically ill) and to again go online to cancel service ... for a service that as a consumer I did not order ..!!!!
