Telkom fiber line to deactivated

To cancel my fiber line at Telkom are a disaster nobody at Telkom has been helpful,they put you from one department to another and everyone that you speak to don't know what they are doing.Calling Telkom departments you are holding for hours and nobody can help you.So if anybody at Telkom read this deactivated my fiber line that I canceled 3 months ago,that the new provider can active my line.
