Telkom ******* fiber line

I walked in the telkom store at Kenilworth center cpt, the salesman Q, came up to me to assist, I asked him various questions about fiber deals and he pointed out a promo of 40gigs they running and bragged about their 24/7 customer care call on help line, and the router is plug n play which you can add another router as an extension and how it can be live in 3days...promises promises... I signed up as he said you can cancel anytime if you have any issues no contract.... They took 2 weeks to setup my line after me pestering the salesman for days, then when the installation guy got to me he says that I cannot add a router and the contact center is not 24/7...so it's a basic **** deal as the 2nd day the speed went from 40mb to 1mb... I called in and they reset whatever and it was OK for a few days then it stays up n down... Worst k..k network ever, I've been with Vox and afrihost, which was 20 times better...i will not use telkom fiber and won't ever recommend them.
