Telkom fiber lies and promises broken!

I moved into my new house in 2017 and asked for my adsl and isdn services to be moved - i was told no services in the area so no lines - i diverted my lines to cellphones and was billed for adsl service i did not have. Now in January 2019 fiber was rolled out in the area - I was offered a 200 meg line with all my numbers moved as-well, i now have only ********** 852 working. My line speed varies from 15 meg to 80 meg not even half that i am going to be billed for.

Support staff on 10210 keeps me 32 minutes just to log a fault and has no idea what she is doing as she needs someone to help her all the time and then logs the wrong query.

I suggest you come fetch your bunch of lies and empty promises so that i can get another service provider that actually delivers.
