Telkom Fiber is *******!

After placing my order for Fiber with Telkom, it took Openserve 1 week to install my hardware which was amazing.

Telkom is my ISP and I have been on a call for 3 hours with no answer to receive my username and password.

If you call the Sales center your call gets answered in 1 minute to sell you this *******.

They cannot give me my Landline number since I'm new to log a Fault, they cannot give me a email address to voice my issues.

All i want is the email address to cancel my service with Telkom.
