Telkom fiber is overrated

Great installation and tech was knowledgeable, but when it comes to download speed it’s slow as a tortoise. Also told to go to Telkom shop to get my free WiFi ext and android box to be told that WiFi Est is not available at shop. I have spoken to 4 different people with no success. Seems all they want is the signed 24 month contract. No help afterwards.
