Telkom Fiber Extender

I have ordered fiber in the Meerhof, Hartbee****rt area and got it with a promise to get a free extender. Nothing. Have spend hours on the phone with representatives. Empty promises First..... out of stock Then ....... after confirming everything they need, a promise that I will receive my extender within 2 days. More than a hour on the phone. It has been months. Nothing What should I do to get their attention? Email does not work. their in box is full. Cant accept more emails.
