I wish i can add a screen shot but anyway Waited 4 months for an installation on an existing fiber line and no one could help me its like trying to contact home affairs you just can't talk to anyone who can give you the same answer as to why its not doen yet Then openserve comes to fit the fiber box in the home and the router but they tell me the router must still be set-up by a telkom technician

finally got the 100mb up and 100mb down line working just to get 7mb down and 20mb up so its almost useless for a family of 4 2 teens 2 adults I have to be on my mobile data just to make this review and it has been like this for the past 2 weeks 2 weeks of calling and asking what's going on to no avail But its funny they expect you too pay 100% of the fee for only 7% of the service 🤣
