Telkom fiber

I singed up for telkom fiber on the 19th of April 2025. Made payment of R335 on the 24th of April, and till date I'm not connected. If I'm not told to wait for 24 to 72 hours to get connected. Then I'm told that my order was canceled due to duplicate order. When I requested for a refund I'm told to call the sales so i can optain a reference number. The sales team tells me that they need to log a call and a technician will came and a callout fee is R1500, and that is the only way I would get a reference number.
