telkom fiber

my fiber was installed by vuma on the 10/09/18 still i am awaiting for telkom too config my router everytime a excuse that the syatem is of when it is on no one still cant help me was told that im going too be charged a 1000rand for a teq too cone out but got my router after a few days where no teq was on my property dont know whats going on
