Telkom fiber

I was using Telkom ADSL about five years ago when they had an infrastructure/copper vandalism/copper ****** causing us not to have internet for over six months or more .we had ups and downs with them regarding this issue while they were debiting my account. After a long battle with them I was reimbursed with money suming to around 3 thousand plus.now I wanted to use their fiber and I was told by Telkom that I owe them R832.00 which I don’t know of,because they owed me not me owing them.I tried many times to get through to their billing department but I didn’t get any help,some consultants hang up on me and it’s a struggle to get to talk to anyone there because of their telephone system.now I have opted to get another ISP which is Afrihost and they operate with openserve infrastructure which is actually Telkom and can’t proceed with the installation because I was blocked at Telkom system.I’ve waited for billing response and no luck.please help I never owed them they owed me and paid me my money.
