Telkom *****

I have had a contra with Telkom for 8 years I recently upgraded to uncapped data now the agreement was R449. Last month all of a sudden it went up to R560 I called the call center and I was promised it will stop and have the money reverse by an agent... I asked for the reference of the call he couldn't give me one. Today I have received my statement and it still shows this amount I did not agree to...Now where does one get further assistance from because this Is *****????
