Telkom festival mall very poor service

Telkom Festival Mall has poor service from 1April 2018 trying to upgrade my home dsl line. The product i want was not available which i didn't mind waiting.. according to their new pamphlet its available 20 April 2018. Come in to upgrade on 23 April to have the most unprofessional woman helped me. After 15min they said its not on system and to fill in form for the 3rd time which gets me no where.. ask for manager just to say their is no one else in branch.. telkom is either not teaching their staff about how to treat their clients fairly. Super poor performance with no s**** i would never recommend telkom to anyone. I will not be upgrading on telkom any longer any other network is better than be treated like dirt... Pierre
