TELKOM FEES

I had a contract with Telkom for 139 and I upgraded my contract this year Feb 80GB PM (R199). During the month of Feb i got charged 606 including an Account subscriptions & once-off charges R 467.00 . After i was charged R239 every month . i enquired and the consultant was not helpful , i even sent her an email and there has been no response. I need someone who knows what's goinf on and how to fix it to call me.
