Telkom feels nothing for their customes

Hell!!!!!!!!!!I am struggling to get a response from Telkom on their laptop deals.They do not care about us as customers and they do not contact as promised.I have app**** now almost 6 times for the same deal and up and till now not even one has contacted me. What the hell is going on at Telkom?Can someone please tell me what to do as I am in need of the deal that they advertise.Telkom phone me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
