<p>Moved in dec asked them to move our line a tech came out said he cant do it they must plant a pole meanwhile there is a pole with already rolled up wire in our neighbours yard. NOTHING has yet been done about the PROBLEM!!!!! We had to take time out to go to telkom couple times and phone phone and more phoning has been doen and YET NOTHING!!!!!!! IM TIRED this needs to be sorted OUT ASAP.......</p>

OK still NOTHING!! We were told yesterday that a guy will be at our house TODAY 21/02/2017 we have heard no contact for telkom what so ever!!! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR TELKOM TO SORT OUT OUR INTERNET??? Been phoning telkom 4 times today and all they can say is SORRY, they cant provide me with the technicians details so that we can atleast know what time he will be at our house!! PLEASE am begging you to SORT THIS OUT!!!! ***
