I just wanna share the bad experience I got from telkom. I ordered a sim card for a 40GB (20day and 20night) for R99.00 per month. The sim card was delivered on the 10th of august 2023. And on the 15 of sept the first debit order of R1436.98 went through. After realising that I reversed the money and the following day I went to telkom shop to enquire and I was told that the is an iPhone 13 in my name that I took along wit the sim card and I was told to contact call center then I did on the 18 so I was told to do an affidavit that state dat I didnot receive that phone and I know nothing about it. So please people lets be careful and try to avoid telephonical shopping as much as possible
