Worst service provider up to date! I've been paynig R849 for the past 7 months for a 10mbps line ADSL. As I've upgraded from 4mbps (never had 4mbps) That's why I've upgraded. Technicians where sent out and confirmed there's issues with copper cable admitting they TELKOM are at fault, and they will upgrade my internet to wireless to a 10mbps LTE (5 months later) as I have all refrences at hand and will credit my Telkom account. Upon recieving LTE I've found that LTE is running at 2mbps???? back to the old problem as u cannot run multiple devices as they have promised??? Where's my 10mbps internet???? Credit 1 month??? As for the Telkom Agents where very pleasant to deal with and helpful. But their system.......SO Telkom all calls are recorded LISTEN TO YOURE EMPTY PROMISSES!!
