I called Telkom tumerous time requesting to cancel my device insurance as I no longer need it. The retentions team said they are having issues and they do not have a turnaround time as to when is it going to be fixed. I called few times and they kept on putting me on the automated system and I was never assisted. They call like 365 days when they want you to take contracts with them and I’m so disgusted. They are so *********** and they are call avoiding.
