Telkom faulty wifi

Reported faulty interner /wifi connection on 26 January 2018 for ********** 412 at 64 Wynand Mouton Avenue, Universitas Bloemfontein. I have reported it numerous times since the 26 of January. Have received numerous smss stating that the fault has been reported. The house has 7 students living in it. The one, Betrum Malgas, missed a test due to this. I do not know what I have to do to have the problem fixed.
