TELKOM FAULTY LINES

Poor service from Telkom for the last two months telephone lines not fixed been phoning Telkom every day regarding the faulty lines and they keep on saying a technician has been assigned to fix the cables and the faulty telephone lins , On Thursday Glenda Monkwe was here advise us again to report tel ********** 305 reference 355crz030518 and tel 011 ********** reference 572crz187420 is faulty still no improvement on the telephone lines , I phoned this morning spoken to Asabela Ncwabi request to speak to manager from Telkom she advise me they are in meeting , still no call received from Management from Telkom as yet .
