TELKOM: FAULTY DEVICE
<p>I took a contract phone in May this year in Gateway Mall and now the phone isnt working, i went to store last week Monday they refered me to Sumsung ,sumsung refered me to another branch which is an inconvenient, i am paying telkom for this pathetic service and my account is with telkom not with sumsung.I am not prepared to pay for sumthing which will be in and out of repairs while i'm still paying for it,imagine what will be happening in 12months to come if it has started to give me problems already.</p> <p>I NEED TELKOM TO CHANGE THIS DEVICE EMMEDIATELY!!!!!</p>
Telkom is bunch of hooligans and ********* my phone was book for repairs ***
and now they are saying that they can't fix my phone because it was damage by liquid..hahaha how funny is that before it was booked for repairs they referred me to Samsung store in gateway I went there and they said it the mother body which is fault I need to take it back to Telkom for them to book it in, now I received message saying I must pay R6500.97 ,i am not going to pay that you are ****** that why the company is going down ,why you people lying my phone has never fell in any water,fix my phone...
