Telkom Faults - 17 People and Counting

I have phoned telkom's call centre (faults) 17 times and spoken to 17 different people, escalated the problem 16 times and still no joy. Today, I got hold of a Technician Manager, Peter Phadi, who was absolutely rude and uninterested in helping me, I am now at my wits end and am still paying for a line that does not work and airtime that I have used to try and get someone to help me.
