Telkom fault update - Day#57

<p>Day #57:</p> <p>On my third fault report number, about 6 technicians have come and gone, no luck from my previous 2 Hellopeter complaints, no response from the email address given in my first complaint.</p> <p>I've decided to make this website my blog site until my line is fixed.</p> <p>The operator today said she will add a note to the system that the technician must phone me when he's coming to attend to my fault. They do that anyway so I'm not expecting any miracles. I think I may have been a bit rude not to rate her service after the call - she seemed nice.</p> <p>Stay tuned for more tomorrow.</p>
