Telkom fault services!

Our business has been having a problem with our ADSL line for over a month now!! We call everyday and everyday they say they will send a technician ,we are still waiting for one!!!!To my understanding they work from a system and your fault updates are done on it, so it is quite frustrating that everytime I call ,I have to tell the whole story from the beginning over and over. What is their system for then?????? I would never advice anyone to use Telkom ,you can’t even leave a review on their services as there is none!!!!!!!
