Telkom Fault Reporting Never Works

Hi

My internet is slow an I'm trying to log a fault. I've tried several channels and it keeps failing.

I've tried logging it on https://apps.telkom.co.za/logafault/ and I get and error by SMS an email to say that the fault could not be logged.

I tried Whatsapp and I'm redirected to a connect.telkom.co.za. I try and report it there and the same thing happens. I get a Whatsapp with no reference number.

None of the online channels to log a fault seem to be working and it's been like this for a long time.
