Telkom false selling has ruined my name

Telkom false selling has ruined my name. I was called in 2017 and I was told that I have been pre selected for 2 contract sim card and I told them I was not interested and I was told that I can take the SIM cards and keep them and when I m done consider I can call them and activate the SIM cards that's were I will start paying but as long as SIM are not active I won't pay and I agreed and they deliver but I never activated them. To my surprise today I was doing the bond application and I was told that I have a Telkom contract that was never paid and it is owing R 1 832.80 and it has been handed over to legal and no one had contacted me to tell me about that account how can it be handed over. I called Telkom and they told me that as long as I have some card I pay even without activating the SIM. I had to go pay the money as I want the paid up letter to proceed with my bond. And I was told that I will receive it in 10 days time which delaying me on my application as the agent need the letter ASAP
