Telkom false offers - *******

Took out a contract for adsl which included a mobile data sim. Over 20 months have past but to date telkom is unable to get the sim to work. Been charged for 20 months without any compensation. Logged various calls but with no resolution. Call centre just says wait another day every day that you call.
