Telkom- False adviserting- Cannot hold up to

On 29 November 2019 I found a online deal with telkom which is a Samsung A50 & Samsung powerbank for R349.00 a month for 24 months and the package includes 6 GB of data. I went on telkom online and ordered the phone for my father as well as selected for the call centre to contact me to confirm the order. Once they contacted me as well as my father on 30 November 2019 they advised me that the deal cannot guarantee the Samsung Powerbank. I am extremely upset with telkom as I currently have 2 accounts with them and I do not understand why do they advertise something they cannot provide. This false advertising needs to stop and I expect that I receive my powerbank with my cellphone.

Please assist me urgently, there is no mention of the powerbank as optional on the deal based on availability. Companies like Telkom need to stick to their word and provide what they advised and not come here with stories and be rude on the phone. This is unacceptable behaviour and will be taken up further if not rectified.
