Telkom false adverti*****t.. Staff no aware of offers

This is the 2nd time that I have seen an offer. I have been running around trying to get the offer but non of their staff is aware of these offers.. I have tried telephonically, online and in store.. This is ridiculous! Telkom should stop advertising for items with specials when no one will be able to assist you! The offer says that it is valid until the 19th of November 2019 and there is stock on the device but somehow I am getting a different package at a different price!
