Telkom False Adverti*****t

i have just sign a contract with Telkom for R299 special sim card for 4Gb day, 4Gb night and now when i get my statement i get billed R499. i dont understand why they must just stop false adverti*****t. im realy not happy with it cause i ignored mtn with same special hoping they will give me better service and now im charged twice.
