TELKOM FALSE ADVERTISING WITH SO CALLED SPECIALS IS DISGUSTING

august I took a contract with Telkom, they had a special for 20 gigs during peak and 20 gigs off peak , the special was going for R249,00 per month. after I signed up the first month they charged me 557.54 saying there was pro-rata as I took contract in the middle of the month. I now got my second statement showing me that I must now pay R299 which makes no sense as the agreement was 249.00 every month. now Im being told they are charging a device fee of R90.00 per month which no one discussed with me over the phone. please go back a listen to the call recording . I will not pay anything more than 249,00. you advertise specials that are false and are ripping customers off. I want feedback on all these amounts Telkom is charging me and want feedback on the call that was made to me when I took the contract
