Telkom False Advertising (poynting antenna included)

<p>Very disappointed with the sales department from Telkom Mobile. 3 months ago i took out the Telkom Mobile Uncapped LTE package. This product included a B315 Router and an internal poynting antenna. The information given to me at the time was that the antenna was currently out of stock but an order had been placed and i would receive my antenna within a few weeks. I followed up on this antenna on three different occations as my router had to placed on a unsafe position on my upstairs windowsill due to poor reception everywhere else. On the first two occations of following up, the sales department apologised for the late arrival but assured me that upon arrival i would be one of the first customers to receive it and that as soon as it arrives they would dispatch a technician to install it for me. The third time i called, the sales person told me that I was not entitled to an antenna and that the antenna was no longer going to be supp**** to me. He then told me to write my complaint to ********** and they would resolve it. They have still not responded. This is like selling a turbocharged car to someone and later telling them it was not sold as a turbocharged car. </p>
