Telkom false advertising of products

In general I am very satisfied with the assistance and products received from Telkom.

My concern is the fact that I have 20GB campaign data and 10 GB Deal promo bundle that I am unable to use. My University has been purchasing campaign data for a while now and I feel Telkom is robbing us since we are unable to use this data. I need help to use this data since the promo's are falsely advertised.
